| Аннотація | The novel algorithm of a neural network synthesis is considered. It makes possible to get a logically transparent neural network models of different objects and processes. Such models are very useful for a knowledge extraction from the data and analysisof a data topology. The algorithm based on a cluster-regression approximation and allows to form a network topology and evaluate neural network weights in a non-iterative mode.
